Our Culinary Journey

Our passion for authentic Cochin Biryani led us to embark on an incredible journey in Oman. This journey resulted in the establishment of "The Salt'' restaurant in Ghubra, where we aimed to introduce the exquisite flavors of Cochin to the local community. By using long grain rice and the traditional dum cooking style, we elevate the taste of our biryani to new heights. It's been only a few months since our opening, but "The Salt" is already gaining a reputation for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. Encouraged by the positive response, we are planning to expand our services soon by introducing a snack corner and including more authentic tastes from Kerala. "The Salt" has become the go-to destination for those seeking an authentic Cochin experience in Oman.
