We started our culinary journey at Kattoor Cafe with a cup of tea, and let us tell you, it was superb. The rich aroma and the perfect balance of flavors set the tone for what was to come.

Now, one of the highlights of this cafe is its specialty dish – Muttappam. Here's the twist – it's called Muttappam, but there's no "mutta" (egg) in it! This unique dish hails from Kannur, and it's a delightful surprise for your taste buds.

But that wasn't all. We also decided to try the Pazhampori Beef Combo. The combination of the crispy pazham pori (banana fritters) with savory beef was a match made in heaven.

What really caught our attention was the Paalporotta. This wasn't your typical porotta; it came sizzling on a hot plate, and the magic happened right in front of us. The server poured milk over the parottas, creating a creamy, delicious concoction. It's a must-try for anyone who loves a unique twist on a classic dish.

And then there was Kadishake, a drink that evokes nostalgia. It's a Kannur specialty, and it's not your ordinary shake. There were so many things to bite into in that shake, making it a delightful adventure for our taste buds.
