Nestled near Centara Hotel in Ghala, lies a
culinary haven known for its enticing broast, traditional Kerala delights, and
bustling atmosphere. Our Saturday dinner plans led us to this hidden gem, as we
have heard of this restaurant from friends .
Arriving at 8:45 PM, we were greeted by a vibrant
scene of activity. Despite the crowd, luck favored us with a cozy corner table.
. The attentive service personnel set up a temporary wall separator,
ensuring our privacy amidst the bustling ambiance.
Our journey began with the irresistible
"Pazham Nirachath" – a Kerala snack where ripe bananas are stuffed
with delectable sweet fillings. for those who relish the delightful fusion of
coconut, sugar, and banana, this is an absolute must-try experience.
With the menu in hand, we went ahead with the waiters recommendations .
The
"Eat Out Broast" beckoned – a crispy, flavorful chicken with a hint of
spice,a signature blend of five secret mixes as mentioned by them. With
two pieces of fried chicken with a bun, potato fries and enticing sauce
its a tasty, delicious and can cater various taste buds who love
broasted chicken.The outer layer with a perfect crunch, giving way to flavored succulent chicken piece , is a meal for broast lovers.
Our next conquest was the "Paalporotta," a creation where porotta is
immersed in milk, adorned with nuts, and layered with succulent chicken.
The symphony of milk, porotta, and tender chicken, all presented on a
banana leaf, evoked a truly unforgettable taste.
Then came the "Pathal Mix" – a plate adorned with rice dumplings and a tantalizing beef combination. The dish was a celebration of flavors, elevated by the garnish of onions.
Amidst the joyous hubbub of fellow diners, the ambiance exuded a vibrant
energy. The lively chatter, while occasionally loud, added to the
authenticity of the experience, reminiscent of a spirited eatery in
Kerala.
As we engaged with the staff, more culinary wonders were
unveiled – "Avil Milk," "Orotti," "Ari Dosha," and "Kunji Pathal,"
intriguing drinks and dishes that we reserved for future explorations.
At
Eat Out, the service was both attentive and swift, The prices
pleasantly surprised us, adding to the overall satisfaction of our
culinary voyage.
