Dosa Delight: Neer Dosha at Al Fawan

Finally breaking the fast feels amazing! Tonight we hit up Fawan, that old spot near Badr Al Samaa. They have sooo much good stuff, to break the fast but we as soon as we found Neer dosha as one of the delicacies we went for it. –have not found this offering in many of the kerala restaurants.

Neer dosa is this super cool dosa from Mangalore. "Neer" means water, and the batter is crazy light and kinda see-through. The best part? It goes with anything: chutney, fish curry, even chicken or beef!

And let us tell you- the beef masala we received on that day was out of the world. ! We called the chef to compliment him on how amazing the beef masala tasted. He told us that if we came a bit later, the flavors would be even richer and more intense as the masala cooked down. Next time, definitely we would be reaching only late evening !
